Southern Harvest Farmers Market Education Stall

  • Date: Saturday, June 3, 2023
  • Time: 9am-12pm
  • Location: Cnr Butmaroo & Gibraltar Streets, Bungendore

Come down and meet our Sustainability Team at the Southern Harvest Farmers Market. There will be giveaways and educational materials available, and our staff will be on hand to talk about local sustainability projects, give advice and answer questions.

Guided Nature Walk along Turallo Creek

  • Date: Saturday, June 3, 2023
  • Time: 12pm-1pm
  • Location: Carpark near Bungendore Skatepark, McMahon Drive, Bungendore

Come for a walk along Turallo Creek and learn about ecosystem restoration, native plants and animals, and urban ecosystems. Council staff will guide you along the walk and discuss the Turallo Creek Rehabilitation Project. There will also be the opportunity to learn about other sustainability initiatives being undertaken by council.

Please wear enclosed shoes and sun protection. A BBQ lunch will be provided at the end of the walk.
