- Council heard from a member of the public who made a presentation about item 9.1 on the agenda, a DA for dwellings on Saltbush Parade, Tralee
- Council granted conditional consent for construction of 8 dwellings at 10-24 Saltbush Parade, Tralee with variations to the South Jerrabomberra DCP 2015
- Council declined the request for financial assistance in the form of a loan or deferral of payment of water and sewer contributions for the Braidwood Heritage Centre
- Council approved the Capital Expenditure Review for the Bungendore Pool for submission to the Office of Local Government and will proceed to the tendering of works for preparation of complete design, specifications and plans
- Council adopted the Waterwise Policy
- Council received information report on its Road Asset Management Capability
- Council received information report with responses to Councillor questions on the management of cats
- Council received information report with responses to Councillor questions on the Net Zero Emissions Project
- Council received information report with correspondence from the Office of the Hon Paul Scully MP, Minister for Planning and Public Spaces
- Council noted the minutes of the QPRC Access Committee meeting held on 9 October 2023 and endorsed most recommendations from the meeting, but declined the recommendation to reduce the quorum to two committee members
- Council noted the minutes of Bungendore Town Centre and Environs Committee meeting held on 18 September 2023 and noted the contribution made by David MacLaren to BTCEC since 2008
- Council noted the minutes and recommendations of the Heritage Advisory Committee meeting held on 5 October 2023
- Council will receive a report on options to improve the frequency of its reporting on the state of the environment of the Queanbeyan-Palerang region and sustainability performance
- Council will write to the NSW Treasurer, Minister for Health and Member for Monaro noting the importance of palliative care to our community and seek an update on how these care services will continue to be delivered in the Southern NSW Local Health District
- Council received delegate’s report from attendance at the Cities Power Partnership Climate Summit
- In closed session Council resolved to subdivide 40A Severne Street into three lots with one containing the current dwelling and one of the other lots to be retained in Council’s ownership as operational land for access to an existing reservoir. Council also authorised the General Manager to facilitate the public sale of the dwelling lot and retain the land remaining as Biodiversity Offset.
- In closed session Council received and noted the General Manager's Annual Performance Review 2022/23 and endorsed the Performance Agreement 2023/24
