Restrictions have eased for those who are fully vaccinated. The stay-at-home orders are still in place for those with a single vaccination. They will ease further after the state hits an average 80% double vaccinated. This is expected to be 18 October. On 1 December most restrictions will be lifted for everyone, regardless of their vaccination status.
