Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander programs

We coordinate the Platypus playgroup program which runs each Thursday during the school term. You will also find information about the Reconciliation Action Plan and the First Nations Consultative Committee.

Adults

Our library offers a number of activities for adults. These include book clubs, adult colouring, and scrapbooking and card making.

Citizenship Ceremonies

Community networks and agencies

We facilitate four interagency network groups with a wide range of service providers across the local government area. These meeting face-to-face quarterly

Children and Families

We have been operating a Family Day Care scheme for over 40 years. We also run a number of programs at the library for children including baby bounce, toddler time, storytime and STEAM club. We also run school holidays programs at our three libraries.
