Council is holding an Extraordinary Meeting of Council on Wednesday 2 July 2025. This meeting will consider DA.2025.0014 – 24 Gibraltar Street, Bungendore – Demolition of Existing Building and Construction of Medical Centre.

The Extraordinary Meeting is being held in accordance with Council’s Code of Meeting Practice, in particular Clause 3.30 which notes that the agenda for an extraordinary meeting deals only with the matters stated in the notice of the meeting.

The meeting is the WB Freebody Chamber at the Nellie Hamilton Centre, 257 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan. The agenda is available at https://www.qprc.nsw.gov.au/Council/Council-Business/Council-meetings
