Cadetship and Traineeship Information Session

Kickstart your career at QPRC with our Cadet and Trainee Program! You can earn and learn, gaining valuable on the job experience while you do your studies. Council pays 100% of course fees and costs associated.

We have roles across Council including a Cadet Town Planner, Cadet Building Surveyors, Cadet Project Accountant, Trainee Gardeners, Trainee Administration and Trainee Water and Sewer.

We are holding an information session on 21 September at 6pm over Zoom. If you have almost finished school, you're an interested parent, you’re thinking of a new start, or you are a career advisor, come along and find out the benefits of working with Council. We will have supervisors explaining the different trainee and cadet positions and answering questions.
