The new Waste Info App is now available for download through both the iOS App store and Android Google Play store. Search for QPRC Waste.

The app provides:

  • set up alerts. These can provide a reminder of your collection day, and alert you if there are any waste issues affecting your address
  • bin collection details
  • information about what goes in each of your bins
  • an A-Z of waste
  • access to common forms 

If you have found any issues with the new waste app please complete the online form below.

Make sure you use your current self-haul vouchers before you download the new app. New vouchers for the next financial year will be uploaded 1 July 2026!
