The draft Review of Environmental Factors(PDF, 19MB) has been prepared for Jerrabomberra Creek Stabilisation Works. The project proposes cut and fill earthworks to remedy erosion along the Jerrabomberra Creek in Environa, NSW. The proposal is expected to prevent future erosion and have a positive impact in the area.
The REF is on notification from 17 April to 15 May. Submissions may be made to council@qprc.nsw.gov.au referencing ‘Jerrabomberra Creek Stabilisation Works REF’.
Before seeking expressions of interest on abandoned vehicles, we attempt to contact the owner, notify the police to find out if the vehicle may have been stolen, and hold the vehicle for 28 days. Araluen Road between Majors Creek Road and Monga Lane will be closed from 10 February 2025. Local residents will be able to access their properties. Motorists must follow the detour route along Monga Lane and Majors Creek Road. Detours are anticipated to add 3-8 minutes to overall travel time. This closure is to facilitate the replacement of three bridges on Araluen Road over Jembaicumbene Creek. Find out more on the project page.
