Welcome to the 2024 World Environment Day Poster Competition!

QPRC is hosting a Sustainability Poster Competition to celebrate World Environment Day! The competition is open to all primary school students across QPRC.

The Theme for the 2024 World Environment Day looks at Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience.

We want you to create a poster that explores how we can restore the landscape and preserve or protect our water resources and show what the environment means to you.

Create your poster using any medium you like! Pastel or oil pastels, watercolours, oils, pen or pencil, charcoal, acrylics, mixed media, collage, stitch, digital art, or other materials. You can even use recycled fabric or other objects!

The poster should be a maximum of A3 size, and suitable for a wall display at our Awards Ceremony. Images made using AI image generation cannot be accepted. Download the terms and conditions here(PDF, 100KB) .

Poster entries can be submitted electronically or in-person. Entries submitted electronically should be scanned and/or submitted through the form below. Entries can be submitted in-person at any QPRC office. Please contact Emery Joseph at emery.joseph@qprc.nsw.gov.au to arrange an in-person entry. QPRC offices are located at:
