Community Programs Volunteer

School holiday program Jervis Bay April 2023

The Community Programs volunteer will work primarily at QPRC community venues across Queanbeyan. Volunteers will assist with the delivery of community programs and events which include our Youth Art Wellbeing Group, School Holiday programs and other youth-focused offers that take place throughout the year. 

Some of the key tasks include:

  • Assist in the delivery of community programs and events
  • Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check and have experience working in youth-focused settings
  • Other tasks that are in the volunteer’s skills and capabilities, as required and as agreed
  • Comply with workplace health and safety, risk, environmental and quality (HSEQ) objectives and targets
