This project was made possible through the Bushfire Local Economic Recovery Package, co-funded by the NSW and Australian Governments. It was completed in December 2023.

The project provided improvements to five Community Halls. This included improvements to comfort, safety and amenity of the sites, improved energy efficiency, and reduced maintenance costs. There were also some improvements which included carpentry repairs, vermin and bird proofing, plumbing and bathroom upgrades, and internal and external painting.

Work was carried out in consultation with the community organisations responsible for operating the halls.
