Black Mountain Construction Assurance has been appointed as the project and construction manager.
We have released a Request for Tender for construction of the Maslin Place Stormwater Upgrade, with a mandatory pre-tender meeting on 11 March. The tender closes on 25 March.
A meeting with affected residents is also being held in March to explain the project.
The project will include approximately 210m of concrete box culverts and stormwater structures within the existing easement in residential properties, a new stormwater drain to capture runoff from Rosella Drive and from low spots from properties on Molonglo Street and a new box culvert parallel to the Kings Highway.
