We will carrying out upgrades to fire safety services. These are required to improve the safety of occupants and buildings at 253 Crawford Street.

Works will include the excavation and installation of a 107,000L fire water storage tank in the Lowe Car Park. A new fire pump room needs to be constructed above the tank. This will result in the loss of two car spaces and associated EV chargers.

New sprinklers will be installed in Bicentennial Hall and the Heritage Library.
