  • Council heard from five members of the public who made presentations about various matters on the agenda
  • Council refused a development application for alterations and additions to rural supplies premises at 121 Wallace Street, Braidwood
  • To facilitate use of interface between Bunyip Park and Googong Town Centre, Council supported, in principle, the reclassification of 323m2 of community land to operational land for purposes of transferring to GTPL. A planning proposal will be prepared.
  • Council will prepare a letter of in principle support for the Housing Plus and Molonglo Support Services Partnership Expression of Interest to the NSW Government and will evaluate further assistance if project proceeds to tender request
  • Policies concerning Equal Employment Opportunity; Workplace Surveillance; Complaint Management; Development adjacent to Water, Sewer and Stormwater Mains; Enterprise Risk Management; and Directional Signage will be publicly exhibited for 28 days at https://yourvoice.qprc.nsw.gov.au
  • Council will place the draft Investment Policy on public exhibition for 28 days at https://yourvoice.qprc.nsw.gov.au
  • Council received a report on exclusion of an item from the 27 July 2022 business paper
  • Council noted councillor workshops held from 21 July-3 Aug including Domestic and Family Violence Support Service, Organisation Service Review, Bunyip Drive/OCR Intersection, ELP Noise Report, EDE Post Construction Noise Report, Dunns Creek Road Studies, and Policies for review
